Most people can wear almost every colour, but choosing the most flattering shade makes a big difference. The right undertone and depth is key for a radiant, fresh and more youthful appearance, especially for clothing or accessories worn close to your face. At Inspired Styling, I use the 12-season colour analysis method. Based on your skin tone, hair colour and eye colour combined, you will be analysed as either a Winter, Spring, Summer or Autumn. There are 3 sub-categories within each season too. So, for example, you might be either a Cool Winter, a Deep Winter or a Bright Winter. Each of the 12 seasons has a unique colour palette to help you shine.

At Inspired Styling, I use a body shape analysis method based on 5 distinct body types in women: Pear, Apple, Strawberry, Hourglass and Rectangle. Knowing what styles suits your shape best means you can choose flattering fits and comfortable cuts that make you feel good. A Pear, for example, might wear V-necks to bring balance to an outfit, whilst a Rectangle could use well-placed frills for a curvier look.
