- Inspired Styling needs to collect personal data including photographs and lifestyle information from clients in order to accurately assess their body shape and/or colouring, so that personalised styling recommendations can be provided to them. Without this information, the services purchased won’t be personalised to the individual, which is the entire purpose of the services offered for sale. Contact details are required in order to deliver the digital services that have been purchased. Marketing data is collected about the source of the enquiry so that future marketing efforts can be enhanced.

Inspired Styling keeps information for 1 year after the transaction date. If clients have opted in to join the mailing list to receive service updates and marketing information, their contact details will be retained until they opt out of marketing.
